Chicken Pot Pie

1 can of cream of chicken/mushroom or celery (doesn't matter)
1 small can of corn
1 small can of green beans/peas/lima beans (doesn't matter)
1 can of chicken
1 cup sour cream
1 box Stove Top stuffing

Put everything except stuffing in a small casserole. Add some spices if you like. Next, barely moisten the Stove Top Stuffing with hot water, then spread onto the top of the casserole - this will be the crust. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Yum.

This recipe is cool because you can use frozen veggies or canned, leftover chicken or canned. The Stove Top has lots of herbs and spices that mix nicely with the creamy base.
