Margherita Pizza

1 Soft Tortilla Shell (Size depends on how hungry you are)
1 Tbs of Extra Virgiv Olive Oil
1 clove of garlic (I use the pre chopped kind in the jar)
1/2 c of mozzerella cheese
1 Tomato
Bunch of Spinach

Take the tortilla shell and place on foil on a cookie sheet. Spread on the olive oil and garlic. Make sure you cover the whole tortilla.

Slice the tomatoes into circles and slice up spinach into strips and place all over pizza. (the amount really depends on how much you want on the pizza)

Top with cheese (again it depends on the size of the tortilla)

Bake in the oven @ 350 degrees for about 10 minutues.
