Mushroom & Cheese Open-faced sandwich

Ingredients:
Multi-grain bread
Fat free butter substitute
Large mushrooms (slice into thick slices)
Swiss or Lorraine cheese slices

Lightly butter a slice of bread
Place thick slices of muchroom on top
Add one slice of swiss cheese

Grill for a few minutes until toast is nice and brown
Then switch to broiler until cheese melts

(I like to marinate the mushroom slices in worcestershire sauce before beginning this sandwich prep) "Shrooms taste like steak.
